Dr. Crowley completed medical school at University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, Maine. She completed her residency at St. Anthony Hospital at Oklahoma State University and her Orthopaedic Trauma Fellowship with Panorama Orthopedics and Spine Center in Denver, CO. Dr. Crowley received additional training through an AO/ASIF Trauma Fellowship with Middlemore Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand. She is a guest lecturer at Colorado College, and serves as the Team Physician for Men’s Lacrosse. Dr. Crowley enjoys photography, ultimate Frisbee, hiking, and rock climbing.
